What Does this pap Smear Result Mean?

Hi I just did a pap smear .in the description -the report says-smear show predominantly basal and parabasal cells.The background shows severe inflitrate of neutrophils.there is no evidence of specfic infection. Cam you tell me what is an infiltrate of neutrophils.thank u

hello, dr boskey gandhi is here, your report is negative for cancer, only sever neutrophils are present means suggestive of infection. if u have complained of discharge, go to gynecologist, take medicine, it will be cure. &repeat pap smear after 3months for cure confirmation. so don't worry, be happy.
